Welcome to Direction-Set Consulting! We specialize in empowering emerging leaders, driving organizational development, and fostering a thriving network of future changemakers. Our mission is to help nonprofit organizations and their leaders reach their full potential.

My journey in the nonprofit sector began in high school when I joined the environmental club and collaborated with local nonprofits to restore the Florida Everglades. In college, I served as campus director for Habitat for Humanity at the University of Colorado, which led me to join the Community Resource Center (CRC) after graduation. Nearly eight years later, I was honored—and challenged—to step into the role of executive director, succeeding my mentor, Steve Graham, after his sudden passing.

While Steve taught me invaluable lessons, his untimely loss left me without the full benefit of his guidance, and I quickly realized how vital mentorship is. That experience shaped my commitment to supporting other leaders throughout my career.

Now, with over 20 years of experience leading nonprofit programs, campaigns, networks, and organizations, I bring a deep well of expertise to help you strengthen both your organizational and individual capacity.
